Refund Policy

Clear refund rules for digital service work.

EsoTech Company provides custom digital services. Refunds depend on project stage, work already delivered and third-party costs already used.

General Rule

Because websites, software, design, marketing and consulting work are custom services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, research has been completed, designs have been prepared, code has been written or campaign setup has begun.

Refunds Before Work Starts

If a client cancels before EsoTech starts work, a refund may be considered after deducting bank charges, payment gateway fees, administrative time and any third-party costs already paid.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only when the paid amount is higher than the value of work already completed. Completed strategy, consultation, planning, design drafts, content work, development work and setup time will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain names, hosting, software licenses, paid plugins, ad spend, payment gateway fees, API credits, stock assets, photography, video work and third-party subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased or used.

Marketing Campaigns

EsoTech cannot refund advertising budget already spent by Meta, Google or any other platform. Management fees are refundable only if campaign management work has not started.

Project Delays

If a project is delayed because the client has not provided content, approvals, access, payments or feedback, the delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with the project name, payment details and reason for the request. EsoTech will review the request and respond based on project records and work completed.
